Welcome to SP Cleaning! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.spcleaning.com) and the services provided by SP Cleaning in Bangalore. By accessing, browsing, or booking a service with us, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

SP Cleaning offers professional deep cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Home Deep Cleaning
  • Office & Commercial Space Cleaning
  • Sofa & Upholstery Cleaning
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Kitchen & Bathroom Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Service details, availability, and pricing may change based on location, property size, and specific customer requirements.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Payment must be made in full or partially (as per the booking terms) before service initiation.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and other approved digital payment methods.
  • Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change based on the final assessment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after the cleaning team has reached the service location.
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability. If a suitable time slot is unavailable, the standard cancellation policy applies.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure proper access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • The area to be cleaned should be free from valuable or fragile items. We advise customers to secure their valuables before the service.
  • Customers must provide electricity and water supply during the cleaning process.
  • Heavy furniture and appliances must be moved beforehand if deep cleaning beneath or behind them is required.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best deep cleaning experience, there are certain limitations:

  • We do not offer pest control, mold removal, or restoration services.
  • Our team does not clean personal belongings, jewelry, artwork, or antiques.
  • We do not guarantee stain removal for tough stains that have set deeply into fabrics or surfaces.

6. Liability & Damages

  • SP Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to furniture, flooring, or surfaces.
  • If our team accidentally causes damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. We do not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service Guarantee & Complaints

  • If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We may offer a free re-cleaning if the issue is found to be valid.
  • Refund requests are subject to review and approval by SP Cleaning management.

8. Amendments to Terms

SP Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
